Within my research activity on the French Management Culture project, we developed a tool enabling you to draw the picture of your management culture, to compare it to other multinationals and identify the challenges you need to overcome to evolve towards an even more international and inclusive corporate culture.
I've been working in the field of Executive education for the last 12 years either at ESCP Europe (custom program department) or within Aden Executives. In this timeframe, I've been co-designing, organizing and implementing management and leadership development programs for the high-potentials and future leaders of several multinationals.
I enjoy co-designing a program that fits your organizational and strategic needs. Based on my experience and network, I will tap into a wide variety of speakers from complementary backgrounds to nurture the general thread of the program and guide your participants in their learning experience throughout the program.
My teaching approach combines both academic and experiential learning, to fully commit the participants in the development process with their heart and mind.
I am currently following a training process on systemic coaching accredited by the German Coaching Federation (DVCT - "Deutscher Verband für Coaching un Training") at the Lumis Akademie
Düsseldorf. Coaching sessions can take place in French, English and German.
